Eligibility Snapshot

Tenancy Support Services are Medicaid-funded services for eligible Montana Medicaid members. Medicaid enrollment must be confirmed before a TSS referral can be processed. Eligibility is determined through the referral and assessment process.

Who may qualify

  • Adults 18 years of age or older
  • Enrolled in Montana Medicaid
  • Have a qualifying substance use disorder and/or serious mental illness, or symptoms that may require further assessment
  • Are experiencing homelessness, have a history of homelessness, or are at risk of housing instability
  • Need housing-related support connected to tenancy stability

Alex Sanchez Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Anchor Support Service LLC. His work is rooted in housing stability, community coordination, and practical resource navigation. Alex has experience supporting housing-related systems through property management, affordable housing operations, coordinated referrals, fund administration, community partnerships, and human service resource navigation.

Before founding Anchor Support Service, Alex worked in roles connected to affordable housing, tenant relations, HUD and LIHTC compliance, 211 information and referral services, housing fund coordination, and nonprofit collaboration. His approach is grounded in dignity, clear communication, careful documentation, and follow-through.

Alex created Anchor Support Service to provide organized, respectful, and person-centered support for adults navigating housing-related barriers. His leadership focuses on practical next steps, responsive communication, and helping people stay connected to the resources and supports that can move them toward greater stability.
